Jean-Paul LEMOINE is the founder of the business. A native of Loudun he trained and worked with a major regional agency at Poitiers for ten years before establishing the business in his home town. Having lived there all his life he has an intimate knowledge of the area he covers. He is married with three children - his eldest son has followed his father into the business and is in charge of the commercial section (see below). John Cornelius is a past president of the local Rotary Club and his passion, when time allows, is to go fishing

Five years ago Marilyn Smith and her husband Timothy - both teachers - decided to seek a new life in France. After purchasing a farm (through the auspices of the Best Estate Agency) Marilyn has become an Agent Commercial with the company. She is available to assist our English speaking clients in seeking out a property that answers their requirements. Following her own experience in moving a family with young children to a new country she can offer priceless advice to others contemplating the same step or even just thinking about buying a holiday property.

An enthusiastic team.

Primarily concerned with Commercial Property Claude LEMOINE speaks some English and is able to give Marilyn assistance with the accrued family knowledge of the area. He is also responsible for our increasing Property Management section which may be of interest to clients purchasing dwellings for letting. He is an active member of the Loudun Rugby Club and plays regularly for their first team.

Our secretary, Marie-Anne Dupont has worked for the agency for 15 years and is always willing to assist.
